GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This is a high power X-Band (8.2 - 10.4 GHz) amplifier/source that provides excellent power density and long term reliability. This device provides 40W (46 dBm) of RF power with better than 1 dB linearity for 1 GHz within the operating frequency range and it is tunable across the band. The amplifier can be operated up to 50% duty cycle with switching frequencies as low as 10 Hz. The unit is lightweight and designed for harsh environments making it suitable for mobile military and test applications.
