Amplifier Technology Ltd is able to design, simulate, model and develop production drawings across a variety of integrated packages to ensure rapid solution development. Our ultimate aim is to virtually design product and produce the first production runs in one iteration.

At Amplifier Technology Ltd we fundamentally believe that we should outsource all processes that we cannot add direct value. This means that we focus on our engineering and co-ordination strengths and utilise our supply chain in the UK and lower cost economies to provide other activities and services.

Amplifier Technology Ltd has capabilities in micro-electronic assembly techniques including wire and chip bonding, fully automated component placement capabilities, mechanical assembly and system integration processes including infrastructure housings, loom construction and electromechanical system build.

test design
To ensure product compliance all products are fully tested; this involves writing specific automated test routines and the design of integrated test hardware.
test data analysis and support
All data from product testing is analysed to identify trends that can be used to improve the product performance and/or highlight any issues that may be becoming prevalent and need addressing. This ability is now wrapped up in the process called Six Sigma; however Amplifier Technology Ltd has had these techniques as its foundation for a number of years and has successfully used them to transform product performance.

reliability and support
Reliability is a result of experience and development. Amplifier Technology Ltd’s own products utilise components that have been fully stress tested and qualified; new components that are introduced always undergo evaluation before being recommended to customer designs. All designs and products undergo qualification testing with subsequent output acceptance tested to a standard which will reduce infant mortality failures; all failures are fully recorded and analysed to rectify and eliminate root cause.
environmental screening and stress testing
Amplifier Technology Ltd has the capability to environmentally test its products to MIL standards including altitude testing, temperature extreme testing, shock and vibration testing and full electrical and RF testing. qualification testing to extremes is undertaken to ensure that the product can safely work within its operational parameters and is a predictor to life expectancy.
after sales support
Amplifier Technology Ltd will support product technically and operational for the life of the product and, where applicable, update for obsolescence; this means products that become damaged or need an upgrade will be supported as agreed with the customer.
